Tuition Value
As a not-for-profit academy at NormRose Believe Academy we seek to provide the highest quality education at the lowest possible cost. With the academy’s campus, state of the art buildings and athletic facilities, NormRose Believe Academy is able to focus school district “Average Daily Attendance/LEA” funding towards recruiting and retaining highly credential qualified educators whose passion is to educate and to train children in the way they should go.
Tuition includes early drop off time, Mandatory after school “The Mills Korner” tutoring/mentoring and athletic programs, graduation and multi-student discount as applicable. Enrollment is limited and thus made available to current students in the January preceding each academic school year; afterwards, enrollment is made available to the public on a first come, first serve basis.
Additional Fees & Expenses
A non-refundable application fee of $50 per child is due with your application ($75 after April 10).
We are a strict uniform school. Therefore, student attire must be purchased from AMDG Uniforms 7101 Jurupa Avenue, Suite 2, Riverside, California 92504 at (951) 343-4062. We will also have the uniform company on campus and will let you know in advance so that you can be present. In addition to the uniform, we only allow BROWN BELT, BROWN SOCKS AND SHOES to be worn with the uniform. No hats, headgear or scarves are allowed to be worn with the uniform unless for religious reasons.
Nutritious hot breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided to students daily for a minimal fee. However, your student may qualify for a free and reduced breakfast, snack, or lunch, and this list will be provided to the cafeteria staff so that students will not be charged for their food.
If a child has food allergies, or in need of a special diet please inform us so that accommodations will be made.
Students are responsible to pay for and replace lost or stolen text books.
PE uniforms (grades 7 – 12 only) are available for purchase from the FInance office and cost no more than $15.00 for a top and bottom.
Field trip fees will be announced August of the school year.
A $10 late fee will be charged after 6:10 p.m., the first infraction, and is paid directly to the employee in charge. A late slip will be issued to the parent or caregiver upon their late arrival to pick up the child.
Textbook & Rental Book Fee is a flat rate and cannot be adjusted, discounted, or prorated.

Annual Payment Plan
The full tuition by invoice to be paid by August 1. The invoiced amount will include a 5% discount on tuition. Payments can be made using a checking account or credit card through the Parent Portal. Credit and debit card payments will be charged the non-discounted amount which is 2.99% greater than the invoice total. Payments are considered late on August 2 and the 5% discount will be removed.
Monthly Payment Plan
Monthly invoices are due the 5th of each month. Payments are considered delinquent on the 16th and a $25.00 late fee will be incurred. Auto-payments will be processed at 4:00 PM on the 15th of each month Aug – April. The 10th installment of your annual tuition will be auto-drafted on May 5th.
Financial Assistance
All families must provide NRBA Finance Office with the following documentation to complete the financial assistance process:
Step 1: Review the policies in the Finance Office to see if you qualify for assistance.
Step 2: Return your completed Application to the Finance Office by June 1 for the fall semester and December 1 for the spring semester.
